Duet with Breland - Social
Trucks have been a part of country music history for decades. Even more specifically, Chevy trucks. Everyone who loves country music has sung along to these lyrics. Chevrolet came to our team with an ask to electrify country music and to invite fans to co-create the first ever electric truck country song. We decided to partner with Breland who is famous for his hit song, "Don't Touch My Truck", to co-create this song with fans via a TikTok Duetting contest. To kickoff the contest, Breland announced it at the 2022 CMA Awards, followed by an ABC & Hulu spot officially launching the song. We then took to TikTok to kickoff the rules and let the contest begin. The contest was amplified by our judges/Breland's pals Dierks Bentley, Priscilla Block and Maddie & Tae. We recieved thousands of entries and 10+ Billion hashtag views. The winner chosen was a country duo, RIV & RICHIE who took home the prize of getting to meet Breland and perform the song LIVE at The 50th Anniversary of CMA Fest in June 2023.
